the Forum constitution
The Constitution was ratifed at the AGM on 8th October 2007. A revised constitution also exists, and maybe ratified at some point in the future. (You can also see the revisions in Adobe Acrobat format.)
Both versions of the constitution can be downloaded in word format ratified/v1, draft/v2. There may be discrepancies between these and the above files, which are the officially published documents.
